The Canada Pavilion's quick-service spot has a new name and a new job. Refreshment Port officially closed and reopened July 1, 2026 as La Poutinerie, hosted by Air Canada, with a menu built almost entirely around one thing: poutine.
There are two versions on the menu. The Québec — L'Authentique runs $10.99 and keeps it classic: fries, cheese curds, brown gravy. The Montréal version steps it up to $12.49 with smoked meat, pickles, and mustard gravy added on top. Beyond the poutine, the stand also serves hot dogs, seasonal items, and ice cream, so it's still functioning as a normal quick-service stop, not just a novelty counter.
The drink menu is where it gets more interesting. A Spiced Apple Slushy ($6.29) — frozen ginger beer blended with lime and spiced apple — is the non-alcoholic option, and there's a boozy version, the Spiced Apple Mule with Iceberg Canadian vodka, for $14.50. Round that out with Canadian craft beer on tap and the usual soft drinks, and it's a noticeably more built-out drink lineup than Refreshment Port ever had.
If Canada was a pavilion you walked through on the way to somewhere else, this is the first real reason in a while to stop. Refreshment Port had served poutine at this same window for years — the Québec L'Authentique is the same recipe — but this is the first time it's the whole point of the stand instead of one item on a mixed menu.
